By downloading, installing, or using Neural-Engine software ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

What Neural-Engine Does: Neural-Engine is an AI software that analyzes trading charts displayed on your screen and provides visual buy/sell signal indicators. The Service runs locally on your device with 94.2% documented signal accuracy.

What Neural-Engine Does NOT Do: The Service does not execute trades, manage funds, provide investment advice, guarantee profits, or replace professional financial advisory services.

3. Investment Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• All trading signals are based on historical data and technical analysis
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
• Neural-Engine provides information only; we do not provide investment advice
• You should never invest more than you can afford to lose

4. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that you:

• Will use the Service at your own risk and discretion
• Are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
• Will not hold Neural-Engine liable for any trading losses
• Have sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate trading risks
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Are responsible for account security and credential protection

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Share account credentials or create multiple accounts
• Use the Service for market manipulation or illegal trading activities

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related intellectual property are owned by Neural-Engine, Inc. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Neural-Engine processes your screen data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your trading data or personal financial information to external servers. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Subscription and Payments

Neural-Engine is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms, refund policies, and subscription details are outlined on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURAL-ENGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the software.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

12. Regulatory Compliance

Neural-Engine is a technology company and is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We are not subject to FINRA or SEC oversight. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable securities laws in their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
